My life

News on 30/4/2005: Apologies for the lack of update. I haven't been the most productive person for the whole of this week (I skipped work, but what's new.) In the meantime, why don't you guys try out Squarebrain.net, a gorgeous outlook of SG life by 2 Singaporean boys, and White Ninja comics? White Ninja rocks, though you'll really need to have a demented sense of humour.

Till then, wish me luck in my... erm, life.

JY the lazy (diploma) graduate.

To be continued.....

Much thanks to Dave Yoong for the inspiration!

As a Malay person, I am deeply offended by your stereotype of the Malay 'Sponge Mat' as incompetent and stupid.

Haiya, I'm Malay too but I don't think she meant any harm...

Pai seh, Alfian,

I was playing with racial stereotypes, perhaps a little too harsh! I've got plenty of Malay friends, and they all know that I do this for fun.

Maybe it's a joke gone too far... apologies then .. :P

Alfian, I suppose li an meant no harm. I mean, once in awhile we joke about racial stereotypes but that doesn't mean it has racist undertones. Besides, I like the character Sponge Mat. I'd like to be Super Mat myself. HAHAH!! :P

P.S. JY ah, I claim ownership over JY because I am another JY too so that makes two crazy nuts.

OK, you probably have been putting this off for some time now. I really wanted to let people know that bad credit can be repaired by bad credit mortgage credit repair FICO and bankruptcy buyout and foreclosure bailout may or may not apply. And that is all I have to say about that (at this time).

As a Malay undergraduate, I find the stereotype highly amusing. Spongemat is an opportunity to laugh at ourselves.

There's nothing to apologize about.

i'm a malay person, and i find the joke offensive too.

to other malays: it's not an opportunity to laugh at ourselves - stop being nice to people who are clearly making racist remarks

how much more humiliation can malays take? i'm so fucking sick of it

I'm impressed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that's
equally educative and entertaining, and without a doubt, you've hit the nail on the head. The problem is something which too few men and women are speaking intelligently about. Now i'm very
happy that I stumbled across this during my search for something regarding this.
