The author's JY. That's pronounced Jay-Why, and that's for the convenience of people who can't pronounce Chinese names properly. Her real name's Lian Jiayuan, and she sworn no relation to Florence Lian of the Singapore Idol fame.
Jiayuan, 20, born and tortured in Singapore: a country that's often mistaken to be part of China, and well know for their unforgiving rigid Education system. Jiayuan had survived through that, having recently graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and is freshly armed with a Diploma in Information Technology: not that that's going to help her to survive in the rat race.
Fuzzy Animal Farm's inspired from Jiayuan's millions of dusty soft toys, and the times where her elder brother and herself still played with Bear Bear when they were still young.
Like many others, Jiayuan hopes to have endless cashflow. She also freelances in Drama, and have written scripts with local theatre group TheatreWorks. She was also the re-founder of Ngee Ann's Poly Stage Factor.
She worships the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and hope to marry their vocalist, Anthony Kiedis someday. Jiayuan also wishes to see local music florish within the country that indulges in foreign acts.
